Mine started a week ago, and some days it’s excruciating! Any good tips on easing the pain? And when did it finally end for you? (So far a heating pad and making sure I get up and walk around frequently is helping a little).

I woke up with a horrible bakcache 3 mornings ago. I t has yet to go away . 90% of the time I wake up with backaches but not always in the same spot. I have never been to any kind of doctor to check it out. What should I do? Should I see a doctor or just learn to deal with it?
